Prior 2026 events held at the Robinson homestead

Held on May 17, 2026, a diverse group of trades and occupations included blacksmithing, stone wall building and masonry, shellfish warden, oyster farming, writing and photography, and agriculture and horticulture shared their expertise, demonstrated innovations in their fields, and offered visitors a unique opportunity to learn more about the skills, traditions, and careers that support our community. 

Held on June 13, 2026, guests enjoyed homemade treats served in the dining room like the early days with neighbors and new friends while enjoying the harp music of Alexander Bigney.

Held on July 12, 2026, attendees enjoyed a celebration of local quilting traditions featuring talented area quilters demonstrating their craft, sharing their knowledge, and offering handcrafted items for sale. Visitors had the opportunity to learn a variety of quilting styles and techniques.

Children’s activities and delicious treats were also available, making this a fun and engaging event for all ages.
